AutoHotspot Privacy Policy

AutoHotspot (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is handled. The App has no servers of its own and never sells your data. Apart from the anonymous crash reports and usage statistics described below, it does not collect or transmit your data.
Data and permissions the App uses
- Bluetooth (paired device list & connection state): Used only to detect when your chosen car device connects, in order to toggle the personal hotspot. The Bluetooth address you select is stored only on your device and is never transmitted.
- Accessibility Service: Its sole purpose is to open the system Quick Settings panel and tap the “Personal Hotspot” tile on your behalf. It reads on-screen text only to locate the hotspot tile by keyword. It does not collect, store, or transmit any screen content. A local diagnostic log is kept on-device only, for troubleshooting.
- Notifications / Foreground service / Boot / Wake lock / Battery optimization exemption: Used to keep listening for Bluetooth connections in the background and to wake the screen when triggered.
- Google Play Billing: The one-time “Pro” purchase is handled by Google Play. The App never receives or stores your payment information.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Automatically collects crash reports when the app encounters an error. Reports include stack traces, device model, Android OS version, and app version.
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage statistics to help improve reliability. These statistics contain no personal information, no screen content, and no device names; advertising ID collection is disabled for Analytics.
- Google AdMob (ads): To offer a free option, the App shows ads, including a rewarded ad you can choose to watch to add usage days. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect and use your device’s advertising ID and related data to serve and measure ads. For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a consent form is shown before ads are requested, and you can review or change your choices at any time. Buying “Pro” removes ads entirely.
Data sharing
Crash logs and anonymous usage statistics are shared with Google Firebase. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may receive your device’s advertising ID for advertising purposes. The App does not sell your personal data or share it with other third parties for their own purposes.
Retention & deletion
All settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
Children
The App is not directed at children.

Changes will be reflected on this page and in the effective date above.

AutoHotspot（以下稱「本 App」）重視你的隱私。本政策說明本 App 會存取哪些資料、用途，以及如何處理。本 App 沒有自己的伺服器，也不販售你的資料；除了下方說明的匿名當機報告與使用統計之外，不收集也不上傳你的資料。
本 App 會用到的資料與權限
- 藍牙（裝置清單與連線狀態）：用來偵測你指定的「車機」是否連線，以決定何時自動開／關熱點。你勾選的目標藍牙裝置位址僅儲存在你手機本機，不會傳送到任何地方。
- 無障礙服務：唯一用途是替你拉下系統「快捷設定面板」並點擊「個人熱點」磚塊來開關熱點。本服務只會讀取畫面上的文字以找到熱點磚塊，不會收集、儲存或上傳任何畫面內容。診斷紀錄只留在你手機本機，供排錯使用。
- 通知、前景服務、開機自啟、喚醒鎖、忽略電池最佳化：用來在背景持續監聽藍牙連線、被觸發時喚醒螢幕操作。
- Google Play 帳單：「專業版」由 Google Play 處理付款，本 App 不會接收或儲存你的付款資訊。
- Firebase Crashlytics：App 發生錯誤時自動收集當機報告，內容包含錯誤堆疊、裝置型號、Android 版本及 App 版本，不含任何個人識別資訊。
- Firebase Analytics：收集匿名使用統計以改善穩定度。這些統計不含任何個人資訊、畫面內容或裝置名稱，並已停用 Analytics 的廣告 ID 蒐集。
- Google AdMob（廣告）：為提供免費選項，本 App 會顯示廣告，包含你可主動觀看以增加使用天數的「獎勵式廣告」。廣告由 Google AdMob 提供，可能會收集並使用你裝置的廣告 ID 及相關資料來顯示與評估廣告。歐洲經濟區、英國與瑞士的使用者，會在請求廣告前顯示同意表單，你也可隨時檢視或變更選擇。購買「專業版」可完全移除廣告。
資料分享
當機記錄與匿名使用統計分享給 Google Firebase。廣告由 Google AdMob 提供，可能為了廣告目的接收你裝置的廣告 ID。本 App 不販售你的個人資料，也不會將資料提供給其他第三方作其自身用途。
資料保留與刪除
所有設定皆儲存在你手機本機。解除安裝 App 即清除這些資料。
兒童
本 App 並非以兒童為對象。
政策變更
若政策有變更，會更新本頁與上方「生效日期」。
